15th February 2018, Essential Insurance is proud to have won the Feefo Gold Service award for a third consecutive year. The award is an independent seal of excellence that recognises businesses for delivering exceptional experiences, as rated by real customers. Created by Feefo, Trusted Service is awarded only to those businesses that use Feefo to collect genuine ratings and reviews – gold is only awarded to those businesses that meet the extremely high standards set, based on the number of reviews they have collected, and their average rating.

Since launch in 2015, Essential Insurance has collected 1500 reviews about its service and has achieved an average customer service rating of 4.8 out of 5.
